With a little DIY skill, installation of the ladder is extremely straightforward and can be fitted quickly and easily (no assembly of ladder is required), whilst its sprung concertina design means it can be used and retracted in a matter of seconds. Having 10 steps provides a practical solution for the majority of ceiling heights (up to 9ft / 2.74m) plus, each step is constructed and safety tested to hold a maximum weight of 150kg (23.5stone).
